Our policy.

In 2020 we did the  following  for our charterers:

Moved bookings  till later in the year.   Rebooked  for season  2021  while  holding  their deposit  and keeping to agreed charter rate even if they  had moved  to a higher season  rate. Returned  deposits  for clients  who wished to  cancel  all together.  This  policy will  apply to all bookings  for 2021.

Last minute  bookings  will only require  a £50 deposit  with the balance due  7 days  before  the start of your  charter. In case of lockdowns  in 2021 all monies  paid  will  be  returned in  full.

When lockdown ended  in 2020 Cloud Nine had a very successful  season welcoming  back our regular  visitors  and meet many who would  normally  charter  in the med, the were very impressed  with the  sailing  waters of Scotland  and  its  varity  of wildlife.  Many are now booked to return  in 2021.
